Get Started with En Garde

En Garde is an AI-powered multicultural marketing platform. It replaces generic demographic targeting with audience intelligence built from real cultural-affinity, behavioral, and engagement signals — then lets you act on it through campaigns, automated agents, and the integrations you already run.

For Your Business

Whether you run an agency managing several client brands, own multiple brands yourself, or run one brand end to end, En Garde adapts to how you work. The three guides differ in what you actually see on screen, not just in tone.

Agent Workflows

Two kinds of agent live in En Garde: workflows you build yourself on a canvas, and built-in Walker Agents that propose actions for you to accept. Both report into the Agent Inbox.

Integrations

Connect the tools you already use — Klaviyo, ad platforms, commerce, and payments — so audience intelligence flows both directions instead of living in a silo.

What En Garde does

Every brand in En Garde gets a Brand Space — its own audience data, campaigns, funnels, and content, scoped so that work in one brand does not surface in another (agencies and multi-brand owners switch between Brand Spaces from the header without re-authenticating). From there:

Audience builds segments from cultural-affinity, engagement, and behavioral filters — the same intelligence used for targeting.

Campaigns & Funnels turn those segments into paid and owned-channel activity, with performance reported back into the same audience picture.

Content Studio is where the assets themselves live — posts, ads, emails, articles, landing-page copy — each moving from draft through review to scheduled and published.

Agent Workflows automate the repeatable parts — segmentation, content generation, campaign triggers — inside a visual builder called the Virtual Environment.

Integrations sync that intelligence with the tools you already run, like Klaviyo, instead of asking you to replace them.

Performance & Attribution close the loop, crediting conversions back across the touchpoints that produced them.

The order things happen in

Most of the platform assumes the step before it is done. If a screen looks empty, the usual reason is that an earlier step has not been completed yet.

  1. Brand Space — created by the brand-onboarding wizard. Everything else is scoped to the brand you currently have selected.
  2. Integrations — connect the sources that supply customer, purchase, and engagement data. Segments built before any data is flowing will be thin.
  3. Audience — build segments, then review them alongside Customer Profiles, Demographics, Behavior, and Interests.
  4. Campaigns, Funnels, and Content Studio — turn a segment into activity, and produce the assets that activity needs.
  5. Agent Workflows — automate the parts you have now done by hand at least once.
  6. Performance, Attribution, and Analytics — read the result back and adjust.

What you will see in the sidebar

The left-hand navigation is the fastest map of the product. The main section is the same for every account:

  • Dashboard, Ask Ennie AI, Brand Space, Campaigns, Funnels, Content Studio, Audience, AI Insights
  • An Agent Workflows group: Agent Suite, My Agents, Agent Inbox, Activity, Analytics
  • A secondary group: Performance, Attribution, Advertising, Compliance

Some entries only appear for some accounts. Agency accounts get a separate agency navigation with its own Clients, Approvals, Usage, and Reports screens. Enterprise, System, and Agent Management sections are admin-only. The Agent Marketplace section and the option to publish your own agents to the gallery require marketplace beta access.
