Coming soonWebhook
Cloud-based instant messaging and bot platform
Telegram is in the catalog but is not connectable yet. It appears in Integrations with a Coming soon label and no Connect action, so there is nothing to set up today. The rest of this page describes what the connection is intended to do.
What moves, and which way
Integrations run in both directions. What follows is what this connection is for.
En Garde to Telegram
- Notifications, alerts, and transactional messages En Garde generates.
Telegram to En Garde
- Delivery status for the messages sent, where the provider reports it.
How it will connect
The platform calls En Garde when something happens, rather than En Garde polling it. You supply an endpoint URL and a shared signing secret, and choose which events get sent.
These steps describe the standard Webhook flow. They do not work for Telegram yet, because the connection has not shipped.
- Open Integrations in your Brand Space and go to the Webhooks tab.
- Enter the endpoint URL the platform should call.
- Generate a signing secret, or paste the one the platform gave you, then copy it into the platform so both sides agree on it.
- Select which events should be delivered. Only the events you tick are sent.
- Save, then use the test action to fire a sample payload and confirm it arrives.
